4. We visit you on site if needed and we talk to you some more about the job.

5. We provide a full written brief of the job, and if it feels right, you sign a contract to allow us to start the work.

6. Sit back and relax, knowing we're on the job!

Any good business owner will tell you that their staff are their greatest assets. Well, it's true - they are. And we have a wonderful team of dedicated and talented people working at Randall & Associates Ltd - just waiting to be of service to you!

Our vision has been to select the very best type of engineer we can provide for our clients. Our policy is to upskill and to provide our staff with continuing education to ensure they keep up-to-date and are challenged to become the best they can be.

Our vision also sees us expanding heaps more - and if you have the desire to be the best, to learn and grow, and to help our clients out with their projects and problems, then we need you.
