4. We visit you on site if needed and we talk to you some more about the job.

5. We provide a full written brief of the job, and if it feels right, you sign a contract to allow us to start the work.

6. Sit back and relax, knowing we're on the job!

Established in 1987, then as Challenge Consultants, the business grew from the passion and enthusiasm of Nigel & Bev Randall. Nigel, with a very young family, the youngest a mere month old, was made redundant from his job. With their life falling apart around them, the energetic young couple set about to make good from bad, and established a two-man band from out of their spare bedroom!

Now, over 20 years later, the business has grown to be one of the biggest mechanical engineering consultancies in New Zealand . In that time, we've gathered a heap of knowledge – with an astronomically huge database of jobs – and with that, experience. There's nothing we haven't seen – but heaps we have yet to see ! One of the great things about engineering is that the very next exciting project is just around the corner – and we're itching to be part of that . In addition, if you want something done that we've already done, then no problem, we have the experience !

Sept 08: Randall & Associates Ltd are proud to be one of the finalists in the Manawatu Business Awards.

The management team at Randall & Associates Ltd has recently completed the Vision Manawatu Smart Business Acceleration Programme.

This was an extremely valuable series of 12 workshops covering heaps of different aspects of business from vision and strategic planning through to intellectual property, marketing and internet tools.

Awesome course and we feel very proud to have been selected to be part of it. THANKS go to Christine, Mike, and the team at Vision Manawatu and also to NZ Trade & Enterprise for funding it!
